Dutch Infographic Conference confirm key speakers

How to grab a user’s attention and place them within an infographic will be the main point of discussion at this year’s Dutch Infographics Conference IC11.

The fourth edition of the conference, due to take place in Zeist, Netherlands on 4 March 2011, will focus on drawing users in to infographics through applications in games such as augmented reality.

Key note speaker Gert Neilsen will discuss the need for emotive infographics and industry head-honcho John Grimwade will be discussing information design and the tablet revolution.

Other speakers include Utrecht University’s Rene Glas on games, iPhone app developer Eric Hammink on the evolution of map design and representatives from Adobe, who will provide a presentation about the Digital Publishing Suite.
